The People's Republic of China, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission issued the commemorative medal as an important part of celebration for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Professor Chen Yaowu has been awarded this honor. The ceremony was held in CBEST’s college building. Faculty leaders presented Prof. Chen with the medal and congratulated him.
